Sales Development Representative (LinkedIn)
Uitop is a design & development team that helps B2B SaaS products feel simple, modern, and easy to use. We are now seeking a driven and creative Sales Development Representative on LinkedIn to join our team.
You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, building relationships through LinkedIn, identifying opportunities, and moving leads through the sales funnel toward intro calls.
What you have:
- From 6 month of experience in pre-sales, sales, lead generation, SDR or outreach specialist positions.
- Experience in creating email and LinkedIn sequences.
- Proficient in LinkedIn; Experience with outreach automation tools.
- Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and be able to read through objections and answer competitive questions;
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing principles.
- Intermediate/Upper Intermediate English.
- Proactive, analytical thinker with the ability to work independently and sense of humor.
Responsibilities:
- Manage LinkedIn profiles, actively engage with industry content, and build connections to boost visibility and lead flow.
- Contact and communicate with potential prospects through LinkedIn, email, moving the leads through the sales funnel and move them to the intro call.
- Analyze client responses, identify hidden needs, and convert them into meaningful dialogues.
- Craft personalized, high-converting outreach messages aligned with our ICP and services, continuously testing and optimizing to boost engagement and conversions.
- Generating new leads, prospecting, working with online channels. Generate relevant leads in new companies and market segments.
- Propose new lead sourcing strategies, align with marketing and sales, and identify early client needs to support growth initiatives.
Own your outbound process, drive improvements, and support growth strategy.
Great to have, but not 100% necessary:
- Experience in the B2B segment, Design&Developmet services.
- Experience of social selling on LinkedIn.
Experience with sales enablement tools.
