Sales Development Representative (Upwork)

Uitop is a design & development team that helps B2B SaaS products feel simple, modern, and easy to use. We are now seeking a driven and creative Sales Development Representative on Upwork to join our team.

You’ll be the first to spot new opportunities by searching for potential clients on Upwork, validating job and writing tailored proposals, updating profiles, and crafting engaging messages that spark client interest and drive responses.

What you have:

• Knowledge of Upwork, search tools, bidding, boosting, and communication.
• Previous experience in pre-sales, sales, lead generation, SDR or outreach specialist positions on Upwork or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze a job post and independently validate a potential lead based on the company's ICP (stack, rate, etc.).
• Experience with Google Sheets.
• Intermediate English.
• Proactive, analytical thinker with the ability to work independently.
   

Responsibilities:

• Search for potential clients on the Upwork platform.
• Preliminary validation of the job post according to the company's criteria.
• Write proposals, update profiles; Writing a relevant letter to interest the client and get a response from him.
• Handling inbound leads and creating personalized proposals for potential clients
• Written communication with leads. Bidding on Upwork.
• Guiding leads to the call stage with our team.
   

Great to have, but not 100% necessary:

• Experience with Upwork boost profile feature.
• Experience with automation in which to configure job searches, bidding, proposal prompts.
• Experience in the B2B segment.
