About the role

We are building a modern product platform and looking for a Business Analyst who will help translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for key system modules (operations management, integrations with external services, analytics).
   
• Develop user scenarios, edge cases, and describe dependencies between system components and business processes.
   
• Translate business needs into technical tasks for development, QA, and design teams.
   
• Contribute to cross-system logic: integrations with external APIs, CRM, ERP, and internal company services.
   
• Prepare documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, process diagrams.
   
• Support implementation: ensure compliance with requirements, business logic, and UX.
   
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, designers, developers, QA, and Project Managers.
   

Must-have

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
   
• Proven experience with web systems and integration solutions (API, CRM, ERP).
   
• Strong skills in structuring business requirements and translating them into technical documentation.
   
• Understanding of REST API, JSON, and web architecture principles.
   
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro.
   
• Solid understanding of UX/UI and ability to assess the impact of business logic on interfaces.
   
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (sufficient for documentation and communication).
