We are looking for a Media Buyer with a strong creative mindset to join our performance marketing team. The role centers on scaling direct response campaigns in the US market, with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and additional exposure to TikTok and Google.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance-based campaigns at scale with direct ROI focus.
- Drive creative strategy: understand what works, request new creatives, and manage continuous creative testing.
- Write and review scripts for video ads, ensuring creatives align with performance goals.
- Collaborate closely with designers and editors to produce winning creatives.
- Conduct structured A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and funnels.
- Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven creative insights.
- Own the full cycle: market research, creative direction, campaign launch, optimization, and scaling.
Requirements
- Proven success in media buying at scale (Meta required; TikTok/Google nice to have).
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and US audience behavior.
- Deep ability to analyze and optimize creatives and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with creative testing frameworks.
- Analytical, ownership-driven, and highly independent.
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional platforms (Snapchat, YouTube, Native).
- Familiarity with advanced testing tools, tracking, and attribution.
