We are looking for a Media Buyer with a strong creative mindset to join our performance marketing team. The role centers on scaling direct response campaigns in the US market, with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and additional exposure to TikTok and Google.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead performance-based campaigns at scale with direct ROI focus.
  • Drive creative strategy: understand what works, request new creatives, and manage continuous creative testing.
  • Write and review scripts for video ads, ensuring creatives align with performance goals.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and editors to produce winning creatives.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and funnels.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven creative insights.
  • Own the full cycle: market research, creative direction, campaign launch, optimization, and scaling.

 

Requirements

 

  • Proven success in media buying at scale (Meta required; TikTok/Google nice to have).
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing and US audience behavior.
  • Deep ability to analyze and optimize creatives and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with creative testing frameworks.
  • Analytical, ownership-driven, and highly independent.

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience with additional platforms (Snapchat, YouTube, Native).
  • Familiarity with advanced testing tools, tracking, and attribution.
