About the Project
The project is built on Salesforce Sales Cloud and supports the complete partner onboarding journey — from lead acquisition to account management and promotional activities. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional business teams and focuses on designing efficient processes, improving user workflows, and expanding CRM usage to drive measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Act as a CRM process owner for commercial processes: craft business and technical design solutions.
- Analyze the Partner Journey: identify gaps, optimize processes, and reduce manual work for teams.
- Handle stakeholder management: collaborate with Sales, Merchant Ops, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, Campaigns, Product, Marketing, and local/regional teams.
- Lead or contribute to core functional projects, ensuring high impact with optimal effort.
- Develop a CRM training program: prepare training materials, organize workshops, and coordinate with trainers from other functions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building commercial processes in Salesforce (Sales Cloud).
- Strong understanding of sales, onboarding, and account management cycles.
- Ability to take complex processes and data sets, turn them into actionable insights, and drive platform improvements.
- Proven ability to identify strategic opportunities, guide local teams, and drive business improvements.
Experience in defining processes, KPIs, and creating guidance for teams to follow.
Excellent communication and written skills in English.
