Project/Product Manager (offline)

Requirements:
— 3+ years of working experience as a Project/Product Manager in outsourcing company;
— Upper-Intermediate level of verbal and written English;
— Experience in creating and maintaining documentation;
— Working experience in integration projects;
— Great technical background;
— Proven ability to understand the client’s business needs and to transform them into technical requirements;
— Previous experience of working with foreign clients;
— Strong analytical skills and attentiveness to details;
— Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
— Excellent organizational and time management skills;
— Be flexible to change, and willing to adapt with client and team needs.

Responsibilities:
— Elicit business requirements from customers and document them;
— Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, Graphic User Interface, Screen and Interface designs;
— Analyze and verify feature requests from clients, define required changes and verify with product team;
— Present requirements to the team, support the team on requirements and minimize time spent by the team to elaborate requirements for their current tasks;
— Facilitate requirements prioritization process;
— Managing project scope and quality;
— Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
— Develop a great understanding of our business, users and technology;
— Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs;
— Building and maintaining customer relationships.
