Business Development Manager

We’re launching an international initiative that combines digital products, creative content, and offline experiences. Our focus is on inspiring people, building communities, and creating meaningful connections across cultures and generations.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will help expand our reach, strengthen our global presence, and build lasting partnerships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow brand awareness internationally.
  • Identify and engage with media, influencers, and potential partners.
  • Secure collaborations that bring both visibility and tangible results.
  • Support fundraising and crowdfunding activities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver impactful campaigns and stories.
  • Represent the brand at events, festivals, and digital platforms.
  • Foster an active and engaged community across online and offline channels.
  • Contribute to marketing and PR strategies for launches and key initiatives.

     

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing.
  • Proven ability to grow networks and build successful collaborations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); 
  • Extra advantage: knowledge of another European language.
  • Skilled in pitching ideas, negotiating deals, and presenting concepts.
  • Interest in storytelling, culture, and socially impactful projects.
