CX Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support our Market Growth department. The role is focused on customer communication and engagement during implementation of new initiatives, changes in bundle logic, number lifecycle, and data packs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer communication strategies (BTL).
Define when, why, and how customer messages should be
delivered (SMS, push, email, etc.).
- Ensure clear communication around bundles, number status, lifecycle changes, and data packs.
- Utilize AI tools to improve messaging and customer engagement.
- Analyze results and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Experience, CRM, or BTL communication strategy.
- Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle and engagement logic.
- Proficiency in AI usage for CX and communication.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
