As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with new and existing clients — ensuring high-quality client service
- Leading negotiations and signing contracts — building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities for collaboration
- Selling and implementing exciting projects with top companies in Ukraine
- Managing and controlling budgets for advertising projects
Hard Skills
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager
- Strong background in B2B sales and project involvement: from the first meeting at different levels (marketing, CMO, PR, top management, founders) to preparing documentation, pitch presentations, and reports with the team
- Knowledge of marketing basics (AIDA), SPIN sales
- Understanding of digital marketing (PPC, influencer marketing, production, and content distribution) is a plus
- Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Nethunt, Google Docs
- Fluent Ukrainian and English (Intermediate+)
