Junior Recruiter

Codebridge is looking for a Junior Recruiter who’s ready to close junior and mid-level roles. You’ll conduct HR interviews, manage candidate communication, and work closely with hiring teams to ensure smooth and thoughtful recruitment. Responsibilities:

  • Recruit candidates for junior and mid-level roles
  • Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring journey, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate profiles and next steps.
  • Source candidates to build strong pipelines. 
  • Maintain accurate records in our ATS and ensure job postings are clear and up-to-date.

 

Requirements:

  • 0.5+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT or tech-related roles).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
