Product Manager

Client: SaaS Product Company in the AdTech/Cybersecurity space

Location: Remote (with availability until 23:00 Kyiv time)

About the Project

A fast-growing SaaS product in the AdTech/Cybersecurity industry that helps Google Ads advertisers maximize ROIby eliminating fraudulent and low-quality traffic.

The platform is built for performance marketers and media buyers who rely on Google Ads for user acquisition and need to protect their ad budgets from wasted clicks.

The company operates in a highly competitive space, with Product-Led Growth (PLG) at the core of its strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the product strategy and roadmap based on research, data, and business goals
• Understand the PPC marketing audience: conduct interviews, analyze feedback, translate insights into features
• Drive UX improvements by identifying pain points and working with designers to ship intuitive, high-converting interfaces
• Conduct competitive research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Prioritize with data: use analytics and conversion metrics to guide decisions
• Manage the product development process with 3–5 developers, designers, and QA
• Define and track KPIs around engagement, retention, and monetization

Key Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or B2B products
• 2+ years of PPC / digital advertising experience (Google Ads in particular)
• Strong background in UX-driven product development (wireframes, Figma, usability reviews)
• Analytical mindset with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, etc.)
• Experience managing remote development teams (engineers, designers, QA)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in fast-paced, competitive industries

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies
• Previous experience with fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or ad optimization tools
• Experience with onboarding, conversion optimization, and segmentation flows
• 4+ years as Product Manager overall
• Any background as a Project Manager / Developer management
