SMM Manager (LATAM / Gambling / Acquisition)

We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the positions SMM Manager Latam

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing an SMM strategy to attract new players in LATAM
  • Managing and promoting accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Telegram
  • Developing a content plan (posts, stories, videos, memes, infographics)
  • Launching and optimizing social media ad campaigns together with the media buying team
  • Collaborating with opinion leaders / micro-influencers for organic reach
  • Conducting A/B testing of content and ad formats
  • Analyzing performance (registrations, FTD, CTR, ROI) and adjusting the strategy
  • Engaging with local trends and meme culture in LATAM

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an SMM Manager (preferably in Gambling / Betting / iGaming)
  • Proven cases of player acquisition through social media (registrations / deposits)
  • Excellent knowledge of the LATAM region (trends, local memes, cultural specifics)
  • Ability to create creative and engaging content
  • Experience with Ads Manager (FB, TikTok) and analytics
  • Knowledge of tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Business Suite, Google Analytics, trackers
  • Spanish language is mandatory, English for internal team communication
