Community Manager

         We are looking for a Community Manager  for the international product IT company,  which provides a full-stack package of complex AdTech solutions for digital advertisers, publishers and ad agencies worldwide. 

  The company develops white-label platforms for enterprise clients—custom turnkey solutions to automate and optimize digital advertising.

Products company : SSP, DSP, Ad Exchange platforms.

Main markets - Tier 1-2 

Marketing team - marketer, PR manager, designer, developer, 4 content managers.

Locations/Offices - Kyiv, Lviv,  Mykolaiv or remote.

 Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, community management, or brand communications in B2B/B2C SaaS products
  • Experience working with social media communities (especially LinkedIn and professional groups).
  • Proven track record of organizing webinars or virtual events, including content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling and professional content.
  • Portfolio of previous work is required (webinars, campaigns, content, community initiatives, etc.)
  • Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn Events, Zoom/Webex, Slack/Discord/Telegram/Reddit communities, and CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Active management of personal social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, and others)
  • Independence in decision-making
  • English - C1

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in adtech, martech industries
  • Experience with YouTube channel 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage industry webinars, roundtables, and other branded online events end-to-end — from planning and content creation to speaker coordination, moderation, discussions, and promotion.
  • Actively engage in closed industry groups and communities, representing the company and fostering thought leadership.
  • Identify key industry players, track relevant discussions and topics, and map thought leaders in the adtech space.
  • Build and grow online and offline communities across social media and other platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter), ensuring brand consistency.
  • Develop engaging content such as comments, posts, and talking points.
  • Monitor community leaders, discussions, and feedback, and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
  • Contribute to brand-building through YouTube content, expert interviews, co-marketing, social initiatives, as well as promoting the employer brand and the company’s C-level brand.
  • Assist PR and marketing with award strategy by identifying opportunities, coordinating submissions, and amplifying wins across brand channels
  • Track and analyze the performance of community initiatives and events, providing regular reports and insights
