Responsibilities
- Lead generation in Canada / GTA (Toronto) via:
β’ attending local events (conferences, meetups, business networking);
β’ online channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, niche platforms). - Organization and participation in networking events (often evenings/weekends).
- Pre-qualification of leads and handover to the sales team.
- Initial communication with potential clients.
- Collaboration with the regional manager (Toronto) and global team (Engineering, Marketing, Delivery).
Achieving KPIs on the number of meetings, events, and self-qualified leads.
Requirements
- 3+ years in sales/lead generation.
- Preferably 1β2 years as a closer / sales manager.
- Experience attending/organizing conferences.
- Strong communication with C-level decision makers.
- Solid understanding of B2B lead generation.
- Skilled in online platforms (LinkedIn, email outreach, job boards).
- Flexible schedule ~15β20 hours/week (including evenings & weekends for events).
Fluent English (C1+), Ukrainian language is an advantage, and used for internal communication with the team.
Nice to have
- Experience in IT / Tech / SaaS.
- Use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, others) for communication optimization.
- Ability to make quick decisions (especially at conferences).
