Senior React Native Engineer

THE ROLE

This role entails contributing to a new platform that redefines water safety management — a bold, user-centric project aimed at revolutionizing the B2B landscape. The mission is to completely reimagine user flows and application architecture to deliver an intuitive, seamless user experience.

We’re looking for a Senior React Native Engineer who thrives in an innovative environment, embraces a startup mindset, and is eager to leverage cutting-edge technology and AI-driven methodologies.

YOU WILL

• Designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and performant features using React Native, TypeScript, and modern state management libraries.
• Developing and integrating native modules where necessary to access device capabilities and enhance user experience.
• Optimizing application performance for speed, responsiveness, and efficiency across iOS and Android.
• Collaborating closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Exploring and evaluating new technologies, including potential AI-driven approaches, to continuously innovate and improve.

ABOUT YOU

• 6+ years of React Native experience: offline-first functionality, native modules, reusable libraries, performance optimization, third-party integrations.
• Solid expertise with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and state management libraries.
• Deep understanding of mobile-specific challenges: navigation, animations, offline handling, push notifications, app store publishing.
• Hands-on experience with local databases (SQLite, Realm) for offline-first capabilities.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (bitrise, fastlane, CircleCI).
• Testing experience: Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress.
• Excellent soft skills — able to facilitate discussions and present ideas to peers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Proven track record of publishing apps to both iOS App Store and Google Play.
