Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to serve as the technical architect and driving force behind our AI-powered partnership intelligence platform. In this role, you will design, build, and scale advanced AI systems leveraging LLMs, retrieval techniques, and intelligent automation. You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering team — including a Full Stack Data Engineer, Backend Engineer, and Senior QA Engineer — to deliver innovative solutions that transform partnership outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement LLM-powered systems for partnership analysis and recommendations.
• Build advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search solutions.
• Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency in production.
• Collaborate with data and backend engineers to integrate AI into core workflows.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to the overall AI technical strategy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including production deployment.
• Strong expertise in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.) and agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, optimization techniques, and model evaluation.
• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field is a plus.
