Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are building a new online casino brand from scratch and are now seeking a visionary CEO to lead the venture, scale operations, and turn it into a profitable success in the global iGaming market.

Our ambition is to create a strong, innovative product that will stand out in a highly competitive industry and deliver a first-class player experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development and scaling of the online casino product.
  • Define and implement the long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy.
  • Full P&L ownership: develop budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track key business KPIs to ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Build and foster a high-performance, results-driven culture in close collaboration with the C-level team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep the company ahead of the curve.
  • Drive product innovation, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a CEO (or senior executive) in the iGaming industry.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling an online casino to profitability from scratch.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in revenue growth, cost optimization, and ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully enter and expand into new markets.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Visionary thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
