Applicative DBA SQL Server & MySQL (offline)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance of database systems
• Optimize SQL Code as necessary
• Deploy database version changes to production environments
• Monitor and maintain database maintenance plans for backups, index rebuild/defragment, and database statistics
• SQL Server Installation, Upgrades, Migrations and Configuration
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance/connectivity issues
• Follow Problem Management processes to troubleshoot and resolve recurring issues
• Proactively monitor and respond to MSSQL database Alerts
• On-call requirements to ensure 24×7 support of database operations

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a DBA Developer SQL Server
• Experience in 2008 & 2016 versions, big database, critical systems, performances improvement and optimizations
• Writing complicated t-sql, stored procedures and functions
• Experience writing design documents and Architecture
• Deep and wide understanding of databases’ structure
• Motivated, team player with ability to learn fast and great analysis skills
• Experience in building ETL procedures
• Knowledge and Experience in the Cloud environments focusing on SQL DB & MySQL.
• 3+ years of experience as a database administrator/developer in SQL Server environment
• 3+ years of experience in administering SQL Server databases and environments
• 3+ years of experience in writing TSQL queries, stored procedures, SSIS package development
• Motivated team player with analysis skills , ability to learn fast
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work on Call 24/7 (and in case of crucial issues to handle it, probably remotely.
• Experience in partitioning, encryption
• Infrastructures — operating system of clustering, DRP, storage, monitoring

Will be a plus:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Query optimization, performance tuning and monitoring
• Knowledge of Infrastructures: IT Network, Clustering, AlwaysON
• Experience with Monitoring & Diagnostic tools
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
