Scrum Master (offline)

What to do:
•Prepare, facilitate and follow-up daily Scrum, sprint planning, review, retrospectives, product backlog refinement and other team meetings
•Educate developers and product owner in Scrum framework
•Bring to team's attention situations when Scrum values are not enacted or Agile delivery approach doesn't provide value
•Constantly learn and educate team in new Scrum/Agile practices
•Mentor Scrum Master interns

What do you need:
•At least 5 years of experience in IT projects delivery
•At least 1 year of experience in Scrum Master role, experience with 2+ teams in parallel would be a plus
•Deep understanding of business value delivery process (from idea to production)
•Understanding of differences between traditional SDLC and Agile approach
•Successful cases of transforming team from waterfall to Agile approach or building new Agile team in non-Agile organization
•Coaching and facilitation skills
•Excellent communication (written and verbal), conflict management and expectation management skills
•Training and public speaking experience would be a plus
•Intermediate spoken English
•CSM or PSM I certification
