Affiliate manager / Business Development Manager
We are looking for Business Development Manager / Affiliate manager (Gambling) to join our team. Main responsibilities are to search, attract direct advertisers/networks and provide them with high-quality support.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Affiliate manager/BizDev in Media Buying team from 2 years;
- The ability to find new advertisers and negotiate great conditions for the sale of our traffic;
- Knowledge and understanding of arbitration processes and strategies;
- Sales skills and successful completion of transactions;
- Ability to work with objections;
- You are a member of a closed community of affiliates;
- Ability to attend specialized conferences at the expense of the company;
- Teamplayer;
- Result-oriented person;
- Creative and adaptive startup mindset;
- Proficiency in English at level B1
Responsibilities:
- Search and generate a database;
- Negotiate with advertisers terms of cooperation;
- Coordination and finalization of all conditions for flooding traffic with advertisers;
- Monitoring the quality of traffic from buyers — quality control;
- Business trips to the conference to form a base and conduct negotiations.
