Team Lead of Recruitment (Mass Hiring)

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions. We are looking for a Team Lead of Recruitment to join our team.

Requirements:
- Experience in managing recruiter teams (including distributed teams across UA, AZ, KZ and other locations)

- Proven track record in high-volume hiring for Customer Support and Call Centers across different time zones

- Strong experience with recruitment business processes: launching new flows, adapting to benefit updates, integration with Zoho and Confluence

- Readiness to implement new processes when needed

- Daily reporting and performance control

- Ability to interact with a large number of hiring managers (up to 250)

- Problem-solving mindset, proactivity, and openness to discussion
 

Will be a plus:

- Experience working in international fast-scaling environments

- Knowledge of HR analytics and metrics to track hiring efficiency

- Familiarity with ATS/HRM systems beyond Zoho

- Strong communication skills across multicultural teams
