Media Buyer (Google, Meta, TikTok)

WeMatch is searching for a skilled and motivated Media Buyer (Google, Meta, TikTok) to join the team at Avlo Research and help drive their growth.

For this role, you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performance paid advertising campaigns, focusing on Google, Meta, or TikTok Ads
- Proven track record of delivering strong ROI and meeting ambitious goals
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data and optimizing campaigns
- Deep understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities
- Creative and strategic thinking skills
- English at B2 level, and fluent in Ukrainian and/or Russian
Responsibilities:
- Develop advertising strategies aligned with various company objectives (e.g., e-commerce growth, app downloads, brand awareness).
- Independently set up, launch, and manage highly optimized Google, Meta, and TikTok ad campaigns, including complex targeting, advanced bidding, and extensive A/B testing.
- Proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
- Manage substantial ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and key KPIs.
- Generate insightful reports, provide actionable recommendations, and present results to stakeholders.
