About the Role

We are looking for a Strong Junior or Middle Automation QA Engineer to join our team. The main focus is building and maintaining automation tests for our web applications and integrations. The role is automation-focused, with occasional involvement in exploratory or feature validation testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites (UI and API).
• Contribute to improving test architecture and coverage.
• Analyze test results and work closely with developers to identify root causes.
• Ensure tests are integrated into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Document and track test coverage in TestRail.
• Generate clear reports with Allure.
• Support releases by validating new features or confirming bug fixes when needed.
• Collaborate with QA team and product owners to refine acceptance criteria and testing strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation.
• Strong knowledge of WebdriverIO and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of modern test design patterns (Page Object, data-driven, etc.).
• Experience with Allure reporting and TestRail (or other TMS).
• Familiarity with REST API testing.
• Practical experience working with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and test documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international team.
• English: Intermediate+ (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience in AQA for B2B and B2C products.
• Experience with integrations or microservices testing.
• Basic understanding of performance, load, security testing, using automation tools
• Prior experience with CRM systems.
• Domain knowledge in sports-tech or fintech.
• Fluent German is a plus.
