Graphic Designer

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing static banners and social media creatives.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic knowledge of After Effects.

- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition principles.

- Experience creating designs for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

- Familiarity with industry trends and tools for performance-based advertising.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Deep understanding of retouching techniques with a focus on creating flawless, aesthetically pleasing images. Ability to work with various image types, enhancing their quality and visual appeal.

- Proficiency in using the MidJourney platform to generate creative visual concepts and develop unique graphic elements. Ability to integrate the results into design projects, adding innovative touches to each piece.

Your Duties:

- Develop and design a large volume of static banners for online campaigns.

- Create engaging social media creatives, ensuring brand consistency.

- Work on the development of static and animated advertisements.

- Assist in creating visual materials for marketing campaigns, such as presentations, key visuals, and promotional assets.

- Collaborate with motion designers to integrate basic animations into projects.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to gather and refine design requirements.

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in social media and digital advertising.
