Marketplace Manager
QIT Software is looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to a fast-growing women’s fashion retailer. This role is all about maximizing visibility, driving conversions, and staying ahead with promotions and trends. You’ll be responsible for optimizing product content, running campaigns, and making sure our brand stands out on these highly competitive platforms.
Requirements:
• 3+ years managing Amazon, SHEIN, or TikTok Shop (fashion/apparel strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to grow sales through listing optimization, promotions, and campaign management.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Helium10, DataDive, SHEIN dashboards, TikTok Ads Manager).
• Strong eye for content, merchandising, and what drives conversions on social commerce.
• Ability to adapt quickly to platform changes and emerging marketplace trends.
Responsibilities:
Amazon
• Conduct keyword research and optimize titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
• Create and update A+ content for each style.
• Manage and test images, thumbnails, and videos to improve CTR and conversion.
• Coordinate promotions, coupons, and campaign placements to boost sales velocity.
SHEIN
• Optimize product listings for search and conversion (titles, attributes, SEO tags).
• Upload and refresh images, videos, and swatches per style.
• Coordinate with SHEIN’s promotions team on flash deals, campaigns, and trending opportunities.
• Monitor analytics to identify high-performing and underperforming SKUs.
TikTok Shop
• Build and optimize product pages and landing experiences for TikTok audiences.
• Develop creative testing strategies for short-form video ads and product showcases.
• Work with influencers/affiliates through TikTok Shop’s ecosystem to drive revenue.
• Analyze campaign performance and refine approach to lower CAC and increase ROAS.

• Improved conversion rates and visibility across Amazon, SHEIN, and TikTok Shop.
• Increased sales through consistent listing optimization and creative testing.
• High engagement with promotions and campaigns, driving incremental revenue.
• Strong cross-platform performance with scalable playbooks for each channel.
