We are looking for a CPO Traffic Platform!
Requirements:
- Experience as a CPO, Head of Product, or in a similar role within, Affiliate marketing, or related high-load digital projects;
- Strong leadership and team-building skills;
- Experience in project management, technical process optimization, and cross-functional delivery;
- Deep understanding of customer needs, user experience design, and market research methodologies;
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with C-suite executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams;
- Excellent organization, analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex product challenges;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex product challenges;
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing the financial aspects of product development;
- Proficiency in analyzing product performance metrics, such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS), to drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Development of the products within the framework of a general product strategy;
- Build, lead a high-performing product team, manage, and mentor cross-functional teams; hire top talent to strengthen delivery capabilities;
- Refine internal collaboration workflows, ensuring efficient cross-departmental communication. Evaluation of tasks, prioritization of Backlog, setting out deadlines and control over its compliance;
- Drive technical optimizations, maintain monitoring & alert systems, ensure uptime through backups and configurations;
- Plan releases according to the department roadmap, allocate resources effectively, ensure timely delivery of initiatives;
- Establish and track KPIs and metrics to track product performance, customer satisfaction, and market success;
- Conduct QA reviews, and provide regular performance and progress reports;
- Monitoring of the user's activity (user's pains), searching for decisions for improving a product (product's gains);
- Interact with stakeholders, including executives, investors, and board members, to present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
