Responsibilities

• Attracting new partners in Tier-1 markets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to understand their needs and business priorities.
• Expanding and managing the affiliate database.
• Maintaining open communication with affiliates on daily matters.
• Negotiating and signing new deals, overseeing overall performance.
• Recommending improvements to increase planned revenues.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the effectiveness of current campaigns.
• Preparing weekly and monthly traffic performance reports.
   

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in Tier-1 markets.
• Previous experience working on the casino side in European, Canadian, or Australian markets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to easily build rapport with partners.
