Junior C++ Quant Developer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-frequency CEX trading strategies
- Build and optimize execution and position management systems
- Implement low-level components for real-time market data processing
- Work with internal backtesting and simulation frameworks
You will be coding:
- exchange connectors and market data listeners
- data storage and logging systems
- trading strategies and trading simulators
- low-latency order execution modules
Main requirements:
- minimum 1 year of hands-on C++17 or later development experience (non-commercial projects acceptable)
- strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
- basic knowledge of Linux systems and Linux memory model
Nice to have:
- familiarity with OSI Layer 4 protocols (TCP, UDP)
- experience integrating with REST and WebSocket APIs
- understanding of cryptocurrency markets (spot and futures)
- background in algorithmic trading strategy development and backtesting (low-latency / HFT preferred)
- exposure to IPC / messaging frameworks (ZeroMQ, Aeron, shared memory)
- experience with asynchronous programming and multi-threading models
Personal requirements:
- higher technical education (math, physics, computer science, or related) or at least 3rd+ year student
- mid-level (typically 2โ3 years after university)
- strong work ethic and ability to work hard
- high code quality standards
