Junior QA with User Support Experience
We are looking for a Junior QA who can not only test the product, but also provide professional support to users. If you already have experience in technical support and want to grow in QA, join our team!
Main responsibilities
- User support: processing requests, providing consultations and assistance in problem resolution.
- Product testing (web, mobile applications, API).
- Writing and maintaining manual tests.
- Creating test cases, checklists, and additional test documentation.
- Maintaining QA reports and bug reports.
- Communicating with the development team regarding defect fixes.
Required skills
- Experience in user support (from 1 year).
- Knowledge of testing methods.
- Ability to create test cases, checklists, and QA reports.
- Experience with Browser DevTools.
- Figma skills (checking layouts, UI/UX comparison).
- Understanding of client-server architecture.
- Good knowledge of Android and iOS mobile platforms, preferably having a device (especially iOS).
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills when working with users.
Will be a plus
- Experience in testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
- Basic understanding of blockchain principles.
