Weβre looking for a dedicated Copywriting Sales Manager βοΈ to drive growth in our copywriting services direction. This person will take full ownership of developing and managing sales for copywriting: building new channels, nurturing existing clients, and scaling the departmentβs success.
For a perfect match, we expect π―
- Proven experience in a copywriting company or selling copywriting services
- 2+ years of practical experience in B2B sales
- Solid understanding of the copywriting services market
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closing
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have π
- Network in the copywriting and marketing space
- Experience in building sales channels from scratch
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing
Creativity in finding new client acquisition channels
Duties & Responsibilities πΌ
- Build and manage new sales channels specifically for copywriting services
- Proactively search and engage new clients in the copywriting market
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, driving upsell opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, calls, negotiations, closing deals
- Support the scaling of the copywriting department by bringing in consistent business
- Keep CRM updated with all activities and pipeline progress
- Research the market to identify opportunities and trends in copywriting services
- Collaborate with the internal copywriting team to align on client needs and offerings
