Head of Marketing

   Head of  Marketing Manager  for  a product IT company that creates AI and neural network-based tools to help professional photographers work more efficiently. The product has been recognized by customers in over 50 countries around the world.

      Company products: A desktop application for Windows and macOS for photographers (B2C).

      Marketing team: UAM, Motion Designers, Influencer Marketer, Lead Generation specialist, Freelancers 

      Main market - Tier1, Tier 2

      Location: Remote

   

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a CMO role or similar position (Head of Marketing / Head of Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing Lead, etc.)
  • Experience in leading marketing for B2C products at the growth or scaling stage, with a focus on achieving tangible business results. 
  • Strong expertise in Performance and Growth marketing in the IT industry. 
  • Deep understanding of the product and target audience to effectively select and leverage marketing channels. 
  • Experience working with multiple marketing channels, with the ability to identify the most effective ones and introduce new approaches. 
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment: rapid hypothesis testing, decision-making, and scaling effective solutions. 
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and make decisions without micromanagement or predefined tasks.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics: GA4, Amplitude, Tableau, AppsFlyer/Adjust.
  • English — at least B2 level.


  Responsibilities: 

  • Lead marketing and ensure significant sales growth within a year while maintaining strong profitability.
  • Audit of key marketing channels (Meta Ads and influencer marketing), optimization, and identification of growth points through existing channels and development of new marketing channels. 
  • Develop and implement a  strategy marketing plan and budgets, setting priorities and short-term goals.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product and target audience to shape effective messaging and communication.
  • Take ownership of decision-making and propose initiatives without the need for micromanagement.
  • Ensure transparent evaluation of results through numbers and analytics.
  • Focus on achieving measurable business impact and driving rapid growth of key metrics.
