Technical Support Representative (offline)

Helpware is a global company providing outsourcing back-office services with offices in the USA, Brazil, Ukraine, and the Philippines. We help small businesses as well as enterprises to free-up their teams so they can focus on strategic high-value tasks that will move the dial for their businesses.

We are growing and have an open position for a Technical Support Representative ready for business trips to USA and Australia.

Responsibilities:
- Experience in Technical Customer support field;
- Experience with the following tools: MySQL, Log Me In, Team Viewer, WebEx;
- Experience with troubleshooting POS servers;
- Conducts a remote session to troubleshoot Valet POS;
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email;
- Attend web-meetings and provide summary follow-ups
- Test new app updates (on iPhone and website, webcam testing)
- Experience with both Mac and Windows OS, iOS and Android will be plus.

Qualifications and skills:
- English - Advanced/Fluent;
- Responsible, attentive to details;
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Experience with CRM systems, Basecamp would be an advantage;
- Troubleshoot day-to-day user issues in all environments.
