Необходимые навыки
• Confident CryEngine user, good knowledge of some other AAA game engine
• Good in solving technical limitations of game engines
• Expert knowledge of 3ds Max or other DCC tools
• Confident user of Photoshop, Substance Painter/Designer
• Expert in texture formats used in game engines
• Confident in graphics rendering techniques and pipelines
• Expert Perforce user with scripting using Python
• Develop new and improve existing content production tools
• Maintain and update technical documentation
• Passion to study new technologies related to game development
• Ability to learn and adapt new technologies to existing ones
• Demonstrate embodiment of quality and behavior
• Responsible and detail-oriented person
• Good speaking and writing skills
• Share knowledge with teammates
• Grow and mentor junior staff

Будет плюсом
• Experience in Unreal Engine 4
• Knowledge of other programming languages: Python, Lua, C++
• Experience in using CPU/GPU profiling tools: PIX, nSight, RenderDoc
• Knowledge of various DDC tools: Maya, Modo, Houdini, Blender
• Ability to read and write shaders in HLSL

• Create high quality 3d assets
• Optimize Assets for performance and budgets
• Close cooperation with Lead / Seniors, Concept Artists and Level Design team
• Ability to organize own work
• Searching the most appropriate references
• Modeling from concepts and references
• Writing documentation

Test is required Interview only after test done

As Sr. Technical Artist you will give feedbacks to optimize game performance, improve content creation workflow and develop new tools and features. You will find ways to optimize existing tools, features and workflows. Also you will mentor other teammates to create content faster and efficiently providing top notch product.
