Middle / Strong Middle Recruiter

Location: Remote or on-site (Chernivtsi location is a plus)


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles — from sourcing to offer stage
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including for international markets (US, EU)
  • Screen candidates for cultural and role fit, and support hiring decisions with clear, structured feedback
  • Apply diverse sourcing strategies: LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach, referrals
  • Keep our ATS up-to-date and contribute to recruitment reporting
  • Proactively build talent pools for high-demand or recurring roles
     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Solid understanding of the tech talent market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with outstaff or outsourcing companies
  • Experience in international hiring (especially US and EU markets)
