Sales Representative – Software (Cold Calling + Demos)

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Sales Representative to join our team and sell our software product. This role involves cold calling, lead generation, and running product demos after training. If you’re hungry to prove yourself in sales and want uncapped earning potential — this is for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and manage lead lists (using provided tools + your own research)
  • Cold call prospects daily to generate interest and book demos
  • Conduct full product demos (training provided)
  • Close deals and generate revenue
  • Report weekly on activities, pipeline, and results

What we expect from you:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills — confident on the phone
  • High energy, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach
  • Organized and disciplined with follow-ups and reporting
  • Coachable and eager to learn our sales process and software inside out
  • Previous cold calling or SaaS sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

  • $600/month base salary
  • Once you generate sales in excess of your base in a month:
    • 50% commission on all sales you generate for the first 3 months
    • 10% residual commission on closed accounts for the first year
  • Uncapped earning potential: top performers can make thousands of dollars per month
