CMO (iGaming)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our comprehensive marketing strategy and operations across all B2C brands in our iGaming portfolio. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand positioning, market expansion, and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep knowledge of iGaming market dynamics, digital marketing channels, customer acquisition strategies, brand positioning, and comprehensive performance measurement across all marketing touchpoints and customer lifecycle stages.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy tailored to the iGaming industry (online casino, sports betting, esports, lotteries, etc.).
  • Drive player acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns across multiple regions.
  • Build and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, affiliates, display, social media, influencers, email, push, in-app, etc.).
  • Establish and optimize the Affiliate & Partnership Program to ensure a steady inflow of high-quality traffic.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growing the affiliate program.
  • Design and optimize processes for attracting and onboarding new partners.
  • Launch and scale new verticals and expand into new GEOs.
  • Manage marketing and affiliate teams: set goals, provide training, motivate, develop, and monitor performance.
  • Build long-term partner relationships, including engagement at C-Level.
  • Ensure marketing compliance with local gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gaming policies.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs specific to iGaming: CPA, ARPU, LTV, churn rate, retention %, deposit-to-registration conversion, ROI by channel.
  • Manage user acquisition budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, and other teams to create personalized player journeys and loyalty programs.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives in highly competitive and regulated markets.
  • Develop sponsorships, media partnerships, and influencer collaborations within the gaming, sports, and entertainment sectors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategy.
  • Present marketing performance, insights, and strategy updates to the CEO, board, and investors.
  • Purchase of various traffic types.
  • Planning and structuring traffic budgets for the month and year.
  • Conducting marketing research of markets where the company is present and markets we plan to enter.
