Middle DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a talented Middle DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining the infrastructure of a secure communications platform designed for organizations with the highest privacy and compliance requirements. The platform provides encrypted messaging, calling, file sharing, and meetings across multiple devices.

Responsibilities:

• Build, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery.
• Manage and improve cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and security teams to streamline workflows.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Strong skills with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Experience with monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Understanding of security best practices in DevOps.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in security-focused or compliance-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with networking and encryption basics.
