Junior Business Analyst (offline)

Required skills:

-Written and verbal English level is upper intermediate or higher;
-Proven attention to details;
-Ability to work independently;

Responsibilities:

-Understand and learn clients' business process, research best practices;
-Requirements gathering, business analysis from documents, emails, call meetings with clients and video demonstrations;
-Assist development team in customisation of Dynamics 365 CRM forms, fields, reports and other for generating a pleasant user experience;
-Coordinate and facilitate daily scrum meetings, product demonstrations;
-Ensure project progress and details are updated and reviewed with client regularly;
-Engage with the end user, establish and maintain an effective and collaborative relationship;
-Construct visual models to capture user requirements and business process flows.
