aqua cloud is looking for an experienced QA Engineer to manage the testing of our tech SaaS application and company website. You will be a part of a team consisting of two manual QA and two automation QA specialists (including you), ensuring efficient requirements analysis, test documentation creation and execution within two-week sprints.

What you will do:
- Automate UI & API Test Cases in modern Playwright framework with TypeScript according to all the best practices at the industry (patterns, OOP, code convention, team manifest)
- Automation Test Lib optimization according to Test Design techniques and all the best practices.
- Regression analysis and fixing.
- Take responsibility for assigned functionality.
- Ensure website cross-browser, mobile, and UI/UX testing is thorough.
- Be on a shorthand with QAs and management to clarify your task.
- Follow team’s manifesto and rules to achieve common goals.
- Follow QA Lead’s instructions and suggestions to get maximum benefit of your work and to deliver value to the project

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a AQA Engineer, (2 of which TypeScript + Playwright as a must) in an Agile environment.
- Desire to write clean, transparent, scalable, and modern code.
- Zero tolerance to kludge/spaghetti code/workaround unless absolutely necessary.
- Type Script proficiency at a Middle level (not the beginner)
- Understanding of OOP, basic patterns, Test Automation Framework architecture
- UI & API testing tools knowledge (Postman, SQL, DOM, CSS, network console)
- Strong SDLC & QA theory knowledge (Agile, Scrum, Test Design/ Test Analysis, Test artifacts, testing methodologies) — what, why, when and how.
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with standard Office toolset like MS Office (Excel)
- Familiarity with AI and understanding of its potential applications.
- A proactive attitude towards personal and team skill development.
- Ability to follow planned deadlines, keep responsibility for commitments.
- Desire and ability to learn fast.
- Good soft skills, times aren’t easy, let’s not complicate it with our communications.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SaaS and web testing.
ISTQB or any other certificate/skills proof
