Role Summary

Own revenue and relationship health across a small portfolio of accounts while winning new logos. You’ll:
 

  • Grow existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell, renew)
  • Convert prospects to customers (discovery → proposal → close)
  • Oversee delivery quality (developer fit, onboarding, replacement if needed)


What you’ll do


1) Account Management (existing clients)

  • Run check-ins/QBRs; map stakeholders; surface new needs (roles, teams, locations)
  • Drive expansions (more seats, new roles, higher tiers) and renewals
  • Track health: NRR, utilization, risks, time-to-replace, invoice status


2) New Business (prospects)

  • Source/qualify (LinkedIn, referrals, events); run sharp discovery
  • Build proposals: staff aug (rates, ramp plan) and recruitment (contingent/retained/RPO, fees, guarantee)
  • Negotiate and close; keep CRM/forecast clean


3) Delivery — Staff Augmentation

  • Kick off roles with Recruiting; align profiles, SLAs, interview plans
  • Monitor on-account performance; coordinate replacements fast when needed
  • Keep docs tight: MSA/SOWs, rate cards, change requests


4) Delivery — Recruitment

  • Run intake: JD, scorecard, must-haves, comp bands, interview loop
  • Manage shortlists, interviews, debriefs, offers, and counter-offer risk

Hit time-to-shortlist targets; manage guarantee/backfill within window

What success looks like (KPIs)

  • Net Revenue Retention (NRR): 110%+
  • Expansion revenue: +10–30% per account per year
  • New logos: 2–4 per quarter (size-dependent)
  • Activity: 20–25 quality touches/day;

 

Requirements (must-have)

  • 3+ years in IT staffing/consulting or tech recruiting/services with full-cycle sales & account growth
  • Proven delivery across both: staff augmentation and recruitment (contingent/retained/RPO)
  • Strong escalation handling and stakeholder management
  • English: C1


Compensation

Base + commission on staff aug (monthly margin) and recruitment fees (placements)
