And now we need а Department Assistant to join our team.

 

English Level: Intermediate and higher

Location: Not critical (stable connection and minimal time-zone difference required)

Probation Period: 4 months

 

Hiring Stages

Responsibilities

  • Managing staffing and workload distribution within the department
  • Processing and tracking requests from the Sales department
  • Preparing and updating relevant CVs of developers
  • Conducting interviews for candidates joining the team
  • Organizing and preparing developers for client interviews
  • People management: conducting 1:1s, monitoring risks, maintaining team atmosphere, resolving conflicts and operational issues
  • Running online events with the team
  • Ensuring developers are properly equipped with necessary hardware
  • Maintaining financial timesheets and drafting corporate emails
  • Preparing monthly reports on developers’ logged hours
  • Organizing and conducting Performance Reviews
  • Writing various reports (daily, monthly, etc.)
  • Participating in department strategy and development
  • Taking part in organizing internships and Tech Talks

 

Requirements

  • Experience or completed courses in HR/Recruitment/Sales/PM
  • Ability to connect with people easily and work well in a team
  • Strong business communication skills
  • Experience with Word and Excel; experience with tools like Zoho or Jira will be a plus
  • Interest in IT and innovation
  • High attention to detail, responsibility, and flexibility
  • Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
  • Initiative, creativity, and motivation to grow
