Now, we’re expanding our outbound sales team in South Africa to fuel growth in our core market—the United States.

Your Mission

We need a hunter—a fearless Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on cold outreach and knows how to turn a “no” into a “tell me more.” Your role? Initiate conversations, spark interest, and fill our pipeline with high-quality leads for our sales team to close.
This is a remote, commission-driven role with uncapped earnings—perfect for someone who loves autonomy, fast-paced environments, and seeing their efforts directly impact company growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in lead gen, sales, or cold outreach (B2B preferred, but not mandatory).
- Cold calling experience is a must.
- Fluent English—you need to sound natural, confident, and professional on calls.
- Tech-savvy—quick to learn CRMs, dialers, and sales tools.
- Adaptable to US time zones—some evening shifts required.
- Hungry to earn more—this role rewards hustle (uncapped commissions + bonuses).

What You’ll Do
- Conduct cold calls to US-based businesses—your goal is to book meetings for our sales team.
- Follow up via email/LinkedIn—multichannel outreach for maximum impact.
- Qualify leads—ask the right questions to separate “maybe” from “hell yes.”
- Update CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)—track interactions and optimize outreach.
- Share insights—help marketing refine messaging based on prospect feedback.
 

Work hours?
- You’ll be working 15:00 to 24:00 Ukraine time — 8 hours a day, plus a 1-hour break.
- Remote (Ukraine) | US Market Focus | Full-time
