Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

— Solid understanding of commerce-related metrics and reporting (sales funnels, conversion rates, CLV, churn, LTV, ARPU, MRR/ARR, etc.).

— Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases.

— Strong experience with Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts).

— Practical Python skills (especially pandas) for data transformation and automation.

— Hands-on experience with Looker Studio; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.

— Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce and using SOQL, Apex is a plus.

— Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

— Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

— Proactive mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

— Collect, validate, and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources (e.g., product usage, marketing campaigns, payment systems, blockchain activity).

— Develop and maintain core reports including:

- Sales & Revenue Performance

- User Funnel & Conversion Analysis

- Marketing Channel Performance & ROI

- Customer Retention and Cohort Analysis

- MRR / ARR and Churn

— Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) and other BI tools to monitor business health and product performance.

— Automate recurring reporting processes and workflows using Python (pandas), SQL, and other tools.

— Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making across commerce functions.

— Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
