Senior AI/ML Engineer

Unidatalab is seeking a Senior ML Engineer with strong leadership skills to drive machine learning initiatives within our software development company. You will work on cutting-edge AI solutions, including LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, and cloud-native deployments, while collaborating with both internal teams and clients.

This position is also an excellent opportunity for engineers ready to step up into a leadership track. We are open to flexible cooperation formats, including both part-time and full-time arrangements, depending on your availability and preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of AI/ML models and systems, with a focus on LLMs and RAG architectures;
• Build and optimize scalable solutions using Python, TensorFlow, REST APIs, and Docker;
• Deploy and manage ML solutions on AWS/GCP cloud environments;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into software products;
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure project alignment.
• Mentor team members and contribute to strategic AI/ML roadmap planning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with a track record of production-level deployments;
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical domain;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Python;
  • TensorFlow, LLMs, and RAG architectures;
  • Cloud (AWS/GCP) and containerization;
  • REST API design and integration.

Will be a plus:

• Computer Vision and Agentic AI experience.
