Right now, we're expanding our team and looking for a Lead Generator Manager — someone proactive, persistent, and passionate about B2B sales in IT.

🚀 Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively search for potential clients using Google, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other tools
  • Identify and reach out to decision-makers via emails and messages
  • Deliver a compelling initial pitch about BeLikeTech and our services
  • Keep the CRM system updated and track lead engagement
  • Set up meetings between clients and our team, and follow up to ensure they happen

     

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge of effective lead generation and sales techniques
  • Experience selling IT products and services (web, mobile, cloud)
  • Basic understanding of how software development works (terms like APIs, mobile apps, etc. aren’t new to you)
  • Confident user of LinkedIn, Upwork, and Google for finding leads
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (you’ll be communicating with international clients)
