QA Engineer and Junior Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong testing skills who is also interested in growing into Technical Project Management responsibilities.
This is a combined role: your primary focus will be hands-on QA, while also supporting and gradually owning project management processes within our R&D team.
 

What you’ll do:

QA:

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases to ensure product quality.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide clear bug reports.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and maintain quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with APIs, developer tools, and 3rd party integrations (e.g., Postman).

Project Management:

• Build and manage sprints, monitor progress, and ensure delivery on schedule.
• Track tasks, raise flags, and help resolve bottlenecks.
• Adapt plans and priorities according to changing conditions and constraints.
• Support communication between R&D and other teams.
• Provide updates on project status and releases to internal stakeholders.
   

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with HTTP APIs and QA tools (e.g., Postman, browser dev tools).
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Organized, motivated, and eager to take on junior-level project management tasks.
• A passion for learning and growing into a broader role that combines QA and project management.

Big advantage:

• Experience in building or maintaining automation test suites.
• Familiarity with test design techniques: STD and STP (required), STR (significant advantage).
• Previous experience in SaaS R&D environments.
