Project Assistent
Responsibilities:
Lead the full project lifecycle: from requirements gathering and planning to execution, delivery, and post-launch optimization;
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers, product managers);
Manage project timelines, scope, resources, and budgets to meet goals and KPIs;
Monitor project performance using established metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, sprint success rates, delivery quality, etc.);
Create and maintain project documentation (roadmaps, Gantt charts, risk registers, etc.);
Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies;
Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) or apply other agile frameworks if needed;
Ensure project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) are properly maintained and up-to-date;
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage expectations, and report on project status regularly;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows within the team.
Requirements:
2โ4 years of practical experience as a Project Manager in IT companies, preferably product-focused;
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience applying them;
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools;
Good understanding of key project management metrics and KPIs;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards;
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
Experience working with distributed and hybrid teams;
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and solution-oriented approach.
Nice to Have:
Experience in product management or business analysis;
Knowledge of project management certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2) would be a plus;
Familiarity with mental health, healthcare, or VR projects (depending on your product domain).
