Influence Manager

Strim Duo is a creative and high-tech game and digital product studio headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus. The company provides a wide range of services, including social game development, product engineering, UX/UI design, custom software solutions, mobile applications, and post-launch product support.

Strim Duo helps partners create engaging and highly effective game content: from social and arcade games to MMORPGs and children’s apps, integrating advanced monetization mechanics and social network features.


This role focused on building and executing influencer marketing campaigns tailored for the iGaming vertical. We're looking for someone to not only manage creators — we need a strategist with sharp instincts and proven execution power across Twitch, Kick, YouTube Live, and similar platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a qualified base of streamers and influencers relevant to Evoplay’s brand and product range;
  • Lead the creation of a new product tailored for the streaming audience — including concept development, user flow, and value proposition from an influencer’s perspective;
  • Plan and manage full-cycle influencer campaigns across Twitch, Kick, YouTube Live, and other relevant live streaming ecosystems;
  • Develop detailed and creative briefs, including content guidelines, brand triggers, technical requirements, and integration objectives;
  • Initiate and lead communication with influencers from pitch to delivery and reporting;
  • Negotiate and formalize collaboration terms: content deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and payment;
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align influencer activations with broader campaign goals;
  • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness through key metrics (e.g. AVV, ER, CTR, CPR);
  • Maintain structured documentation and deliverables archive (UGC, screenshots, clips, live links).
  • Collaborate on the creation of influencer-specific product to boost visibility and engagement within streaming communities;

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in influencer marketing, preferably in iGaming, betting, or adjacent entertainment niches;
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns with measurable results;
  • Strong understanding of live-streaming ecosystems and creator culture on Twitch, Kick, YouTube Live;
  • Ability to write comprehensive and actionable briefs that combine creative direction with technical clarity;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a structured and professional approach;
  • English: Upper-Intermediate+ (fluency in both written and verbal communication).

     

Nice to Have

 

  • Hands-on experience with LATAM influencer markets;
  • Existing database or network of streamers in gaming/gambling verticals;
  • Knowledge of TikTok and short-form UGC mechanics.
