Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Part-Time Social Media Manager to help us grow our presence across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, understands viral culture, and knows how to use AI tools to create content with strong engagement potential.

Responsibilities

• Research viral trends, formats, and hooks on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.
• Create engaging short-form content using AI tools (text, image, video, voice).
• Write fluent, catchy captions, descriptions, and hashtags optimized for engagement and reach.
• Manually publish content across platforms at optimal times.
• Monitor performance of posts and suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Collaborate with the team on content strategy and growth experiments.

Requirements

• Fluent written English — able to write catchy, clear, and engaging captions.
• Proven experience with viral content creation (personal or business accounts).
• Deep understanding of current viral trends across social platforms.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, etc.).
• Creative mindset with strong sense of humor, timing, and aesthetics.
• Basic skills in video editing and graphic design are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistently.

Interview Process

1. Test Task: Create a short sample post (text + image/video) using AI based on a provided prompt.
2. Interview: One interview round with the team to discuss your approach, creativity, and vision.
