About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to own and optimize the health and scalability of our NetSuite system. This is a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of business processes across finance, operations, inventory, and sales, while contributing to the continuous improvement of workflows, reporting, and system integration.
This is a Full-Time remote role.
We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator specifically with these requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- 3-7 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
- Strong SuiteFlow expertise, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
- Ability to work in US time zones.
- Clear communicator and problem solver.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
- Design, build, and maintain SuiteFlow workflows for key business functions (finance, operations, inventory, sales).
- Regularly review and refine workflows to improve system efficiency and enforce governance.
- Manage daily support tasks such as ticket triage, troubleshooting, user provisioning, and role/permission management.
- Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and reports to provide business insights.
- Support finance and leadership teams with month-end close, KPIs, and ad-hoc data needs.
- Manage system roles, permissions, custom records, CSV imports, and configurations.
- Coordinate quarterly NetSuite releases-testing, documenting, and deploying enhancements.
- Maintain system documentation and deliver end-user training.
- Perform weekly/daily support tasks to maintain NetSuite records (Transfer Orders, Inventory Movements, Adjustments, Sales Orders).
- Support Inventory & Finance teams with monthly inventory reconciliation and COGS audits.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system workflows.
- Collaborate on system integrations with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., 3PLs, eCommerce platforms).
